Hellraid features a single-player campaign and a "unique" cooperative multiplayer component that pits four players against creatures of Hell.

"The armies of Hell brought pain and destruction to the realm of man, and only a select few have the fighting skills necessary to confront the devilish monstrosities," the game's description reads.

Hellraid promises to combine elements of hack-and-slash role-playing games, first-person shooters, and online multiplayer games. The title also sports a Game Master system that claims to make "each game a different experience" by placing loot and enemies in different places and generating random online challenges.

Techland's current project is Call of Juraez: Gunslinger, which launches May 22 on PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, and PC for $15.
