Dead Man's Hand E3 Preshow Report

Human Head Studios is currently working on Dead Man's Hand for the Xbox, an Old West-themed action game in which you'll assume the role of a master gunslinger named El Tejón. As a betrayed member of one of the roughest gangs in the West, known as The Nine, El Tejón has turned to a life of vengeance and has vowed not to rest until the entire gang is six feet under.

Dead Man's Hand will consist of more than 20 different adventures, and as you progress through the game, you'll earn "legend" points that, when enough have been accumulated, will allow you to perform spectacular trick shots and death-defying feats. Your weapons in the game will include nine different Old West firearms, as well as knives, dynamite, whiskey bombs, and fixed Gatling guns and cannons.

In addition to the single-player game, Dead Man's Hand will feature both split-screen and Xbox Live support in a number of competitive and cooperative gameplay modes. For more information on Dead Man's Hand, check out our previous coverage of the game.
