Dead Rising 3 is an Xbox One launch title, arriving for the next-generation console on November 22.
According to producer Mike Jones, Capcom began developing Dead Rising 3 with the Xbox 360 in mind, but the studio's plans for the game proved too ambitious for the aging console.
"In terms of building the game, we originally developed it on PC and everything we were doing was breaking the bank on [Xbox] 360," Jones said in July.
Dead Rising 3's gameworld is larger than the first two installments combined. For more on Dead Rising 3, check out GameSpot's previous coverage.
