Deep discount in Steam sale makes Q-Games a lot of money
Q-Games doubles its lifetime income on PixelJunk Eden after 90 percent discount in Steam flash sale.

Q-Games has doubled its lifetime income on the PC version of PixelJunk Eden after the game was featured in a flash sale as part of the 2013 Steam holiday sale.
The game was available last week as part of an eight-hour flash sale at $0.99/£0.69, a 90 percent reduction from the game's usual price. Even at such a hefty discount, the developer managed to sell enough copies to double the amount of money it's made from the PC version of the game.
"We just made our income to date, again, in just 8 hours," said Q-Games boss Dylan Cuthbert on Twitter, adding that the sale was "a huge success."
PixelJunk Eden was originally released on Steam at the start of 2012.
Q-Games is currently working on quirky soup-making game PixelJunk Inc for PC, and is providing regular updates on the game's development on its blog.
