Destiny's New Subclasses Detailed During E3 2015

I've only just started playing Destiny on PS4, and whilst it's not the best MMOFPS it's a damn site better then most of the other games on PS4. At least it has a progressive story.

I play on the PC mainly with Steam, over 300 games in my library since 1999, consoles lack choice by a factor of hundreds. It's a shame the new Steam box will only support a handful of Steam games, thanks to Valves stubborn mistrust of all things corporate, ironic for a distribution platform. The streaming steam box however will support most games, but you need a PC to stream from.

If you want to step away from the console monopoly on inflated game prices, go Steam and get games worth $40 for a dollar. FTL case in point. Steam in your living room will give the market leaders a run for their money.

Screw you Bungie!!! $40 just for that?!? I could buy a discounted game for that. It should be added on to the expansion pass people bought. I know nobody barley plays that crap anymore because every expansion was just so easy and then boring and monotonous afterwards. Probably what this one will be too. Bungie just wants to fill their pockets by screwing gamers and desperately trying to get most people to come back to playing their crappy game. Screw you Bungie!

Destiny never offered a "season pass"! It was appropriately labeled an expansion pass, which offered way more than other games season passes. All of you complaining, I will see you online in Sept.

Good god. I've been away for 6 months and come back to everyone STILL whining about spending a few measly bucks on Destiny DLC. Y'all must be some broke SOBs.

Destiny is fun to play. I love the grind, loot, and multiplayer. No bugs, no glitches, and runs smoothly. It is repetitive, but as long as the enemies have smart AI, I don't mind killing the same ones over and over again. I don't see why people hate it so much. While I do agree the DLC is a rip off, it doesn't bother me because it's the only game I'm playing. I used to play several games at once back in the day (I'm 35), but nowadays games like destiny are multiplayer focused, so the replay value is extended tremendously. Most people I talk to have one game they play, and they play it for months. So either way I spend money. It's either money for a new game or money for DLC. If I'm enjoying only one game, then I don't see the problem in spending money for extra content. Destiny should last me until halo 5 comes out. Then I'll probably play that for a year.

For how much game"Destiny" I got for $90 I will NOT be getting this $40 stand alone game(expansion)! What a rip off!

I've played lots and lots of Destiny, have three chars nearly maxed out, but there is still... one... thing... missing.

FOUR player fireteams. Like almost every other game offers. Specifically because I have 3 buds from college days I still play with. And Bungie sorta started this by allowing us all to get on to play Halo together. Then loads of others did it.

Bungie sticks with THREE. Which is silly. Allow scaling for 3-6 person fireteams, and I'll lose my one complaint. The rest is actually a lot of fun, regardless of what the whiny hip-to-hate-on-Destiny-BS peeps continue to spew.

Oh, and cut out the timed-exclusivity crap on multiplat games. It helps nobody, and only hurts gamers.

this here is the game's make or break expansion. if its like the first two, it will destroy the game and any chances of a sequel. however if its anything like the world of warcraft expansions where this one have content of a full game, then they might have potential.

Looks like I need to get back into Destiny

They better fix their servers before I spend another dime on this game!

This proclaimed non-MMO, non-shooter is becoming more like an MMO all the time.

All of this extra content, dlc and raids should have been in game since day one.

Destiny should have been released with all of this AND more planets, sadly this is not enough :l
