As mentioned, it includes the Destiny base game and all expansions, including The Dark Below, House of Wolves, The Taken King, and Rise of Iron. The bundle also includes one character boost to level 40, which you can use to catch up to friends who might be further along in the game.

In other news, Destiny's holiday event, The Dawning, is currently underway. The patch that introduced it, 2.5.0, made a number of adjustments to Crucible, such as adjusting the score limit in certain modes, rewards, and the amount of Super energy you gain in Supremacy. Additionally, players can now agree to prevent heavy-weapon ammo from spawning during the match. This is done by having every player in the match do the wave emote within the first 30 seconds of a round. You can see the full 2.5.0 patch notes here.

Destiny publisher Activision has confirmed a sequel is coming in 2017, though it has yet to be formally announced. Skylanders developer Vicarious Visions recently announced that it is joining Bungie and High Moon Studios on the Destiny franchise.
