I saw an Amazon page with preorders for RE6.5 Nah Edition plus Ustanak action figure.

Its a good sign that 3rd party developers are testing the Wii U with these kinds of games, even if it is with upgraded versions of an older one. Dues ex, HR is a successful game, both critically and in sales, so why not use it for this? At least these games are going to come out faster and build up the Wii U library.

I didn't bother to pick this up on 360 or PS3. I guess waiting pays off.

The Wii U getting a $50 game that came out a year-and-a-half ago on other platforms. This is something Nintendo needs to put their foot down about if they are to be taken seriously. Publishers aren't wasting their resources and money bringing their new projects to the system, but they are willing to port a game with the quickness.

what a joke the wii u is. the only games it can get are games several years old that have pretty much sold as much as they can elsewhere, with the publisher looking for a couple of more sales on a close to dead system. And look how pathetic the user base. 'hey man thats like super cool, we are getting this super old game that everyone has pretty much already played, but its still the best game on our system. Nintendo is like super awesome'. Whats the next big wii u release, pong directors cut?

@Imperiacommando Sony made a lot of ports for PS3 and it didn't look retarded to me. They were still good games like Shadow of Colossus. Why should WiiU be any different? You act like everyone has played this games before which is wrong.

Good game. This would fit quite well on Wii U with its controller. And its something different for the Nintendo fans who didn't adopt any of the other consoles.

If this is true, PLEASE ALLOW US TO CUSTOMIZE THE CONTROLLER SCHEME!!!

A bit pricey for how old the game is, but still one of the greatest games I've ever played. That game made me want to be Adam Jensen. A message to all Wii U owners - You need to play this game.

Because Nintendo definitely made this game, right? They made it for the HD twins and PC two years ago and are FINALLY porting it over to their own system. Yep, totally their fault.

Those flagship IPs are practically guaranteed to release at some point during the system's lifetime. Other new games are on their way....ever so slowly(Watch Dogs, Wonderful 101, etc.)

It doesn't really help that EA and Nintendo had that falling out about Origin and games that could have been released(Crysis 3) got shafted. Thankfully, NFS comes out this month...

@jcnba28 I haven't played it so yeah it is a real possibility that I may pick it up for the Wii U. Also, we don't know that Tomb Raider won't come eventually as well. :)

Indeed, it was. Pointer control made aiming so much easier. I couldn't go back to the GC laser/analog after that. The inclusion of Ada's missions from the PS2 version and widescreen/480p support made the package even better. Same game at its core, but it was priced with that in mind.

@Darnasian @jcnba28 it's very subjective in terms of loosing. Gamepad can give you a better experience or some extra content. I choose to buy it on WiiU if released. I don't think i will loose. If anything i will show support for this platform to devs. I Prefer that then backing any kickstarter like begging for money.

$50? Mehhhh! RE4 had a rerelease on Wii for $30, and the new features were awesome. Why this can't follow the same example, I don't know. We need some more details on what makes this version "better".

I will say F Yeah :). I will gladly pay normal price for this on Wii U. Why ? i did not played this on x360/PS3/PC and it should be the best version with extra content and bugfixes. Now let's see what they show if anything.

I think it's worth to support great games and devs.

Damn I just played this game for the first time recently on the PS3 and beat it. If only I knew how good this game was and heard this rumor which I believe to be true sooner. I might pick it up again just cause I enjoyed it that much and desperately need a Wii U game to play
