Diablo 3 Lead Designer Leaves Blizzard, Joins Obisidian
Leonard Boyarsky was also the original Fallout's art director.
Diablo III's lead designer no longer works at Blizzard. Leonard Boyarsky, who was also the original Fallout's art director, has left his post at the Overwatch developer to join Fallout: New Vegas developer Obsidian in an unknown role.
The news comes via a couple Facebook posts and tweets. Boyarsky's Facebook page says he left Blizzard this year. Obsidian producer and Fallout creator Timothy Cain posted a picture to Facebook that said, "New co-worker. Hope he doesn't talk too much." The picture features Boyarsky and Cain looking at each other dramatically. The two developers worked together on games like Fallout, Fallout 2, and Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.

The news was then later confirmed by Obsidian's Twitter account. It's not yet known what Boyarsky will do or what project he'll work on.
Obsidian is currently working on a new RPG called Tyranny. The studio also said this year that it would be interested in doing a follow-up to Fallout 4 akin to New Vegas, though nothing has been confirmed.
