Excellent.

First Mirror's Edge wasn't perfect, but it was memorable.

That's more than I can say for most games this past gen.

I'm surprised that EA will publish another Mirror's Edge despite the fact the first game did not bring them the market they expected. Perhaps the franchise will never go mainstream but luckily we are now getting at least ONE sequel. I think if ME's regarded as a cult game, it's as much of a game as it's a cult classic.

EA wants to take their time and do the game right, sounds like the company is finally ready to commit to quality games instead of quantity sales.
Unless of course this is a ruse and they're just added online multiplayer and day one DLC

Between this, and the announcement of a new Star Wars Battlefront game, I'm excited and sad at the same time. It's unlikely I'll pick up either the XB1 or PS4. By the time these games are released, my PC, built in 2008, won't be able to run them smoothly. That only leaves the Wii U for me, which EA is actively boycotting. Nintendo, Mr. Iwata, you better try your best to get EA back on board, without compromising your own integrity.

I'm speechless right now, Mirrors Edge 2, Battlefront 3, and Battlefield 4. I can hardly contain myself.
