I have an OLED so no HUD is basically the only way to play to avoid burn in :-(

You can change the HUD size and color which is the next best thing to refresh those static pixels. TBH I wish all game developers would adopt an OLED mode with dynamic HUD and add items that can be displayed on user interaction. God of War had this and kept health off the screen unless you were in combat and allowed you to view the map by tapping the touch pad on PS4. It was way more immersive and meant my screen was free of pointless items risking burn-in.
