Dragon Ball Blu-Ray Collector's Box Sets Are Steeply Discounted At Amazon
Get the complete Dragon Ball Z and Super anime series for up to 40% off, but the deal on Super is unlikely to stick around for long.
Dragon Ball fans can save on a pair of great Blu-ray box sets at Amazon right now. Most notably, the Dragon Ball Super Collector's Edition Gift Set with 10 steelbook cases is discounted by 40%, lowering the price to only $121 (was $200). You can pair Super with the Amazon-exclusive Dragon Ball Z Complete Series Box Set, which is on sale for $130, which is less than the retailer sold it for during Black Friday.
Dragon Ball Super: Collector's Edition Blu-ray Box Set
$121 (was $200)
The entire Dragon Ball Super arc is collected across 20 discs, two in each steelbook case. That's right, this gift set comes with 10 steelbooks and a premium "steelbox" display case. The storage box has slots for each steelbook as well as a lid featuring the dragon Shenron.
At the $121 deal price, you're paying about $12 per steelbook, which is quite cheap compared to standalone anime Blu-rays with steelbook cases.
Amazon's deal is unlikely to remain in stock for long. The retailer had this same offer in December and sold out quickly.
Dragon Ball Z: Seasons 1-9 Blu-ray Box Set
$130 (was $190) | Amazon Exclusive
This Amazon-exclusive 36-disc collection carries a $190 list price, though these days it tends to hover between $145 and $170. Prior deals on this box set sold out pretty fast too, so if you're interested, we'd recommend grabbing it while you can.
The Dragon Ball Z Seasons 1-9 Blu-ray Box Set features all 291 episodes presented in full HD Blu-ray with English subtitles. Dragon Ball Z takes place immediately after the events of the original Dragon Ball anime series and follows the Earth's greatest fighter, Goku, and his allies as they take on super-powered enemies like Frieza, Cell, and Majin Buu. This box set deal is a great way to add the series to your collection.
