Dynasty Warriors 5 teaser site opens

TOKYO--Koei today has opened a teaser Web site for Shin Sangoku Musou 4, which is slated for release in Japan on February 24 at a price of JPY 7,140 ($68). The American version, to be known as Dynasty Warriors 5, is slated for a March 2005 release. The teaser site gives a brief overview of what gamers should expect in Shin Sangoku Musou 4, as well as a few images of characters that will appear in the game. Things that will be implemented in Shin Sangoku Musou 4 include new fighting actions called musou kakusei (musou awakening) and evolution attacks. The game will also feature three new types of base camps that can be used for attacking, defending and resupplying. The game will introduce new characters, and returning characters will get a complete graphical makeover. Koei's teaser site mentions that Dynasty Warriors 5 will feature a new musou mode, and gamers will get to play through the lives of the warlords featured in the game
