E3 2002: DDRMAX planned for US release
The recent Japanese release of Dance Dance Revolution 6th Mix is coming to the US.
Konami has announced plans to bring Dance Dance Revolution to the PlayStation 2. The game will be at least partially based on DDR 6th Mix, which was recently released on the PS2 in Japan. The game contains a different song lineup than the Japanese version of DDRMAX, but it will contain more than 65 songs, including international dance hits and licensed music. It will also contain the diet mode and step edit mode from previous versions of the game.
The game is scheduled to ship in November. Stay tuned for more on DDRMAX as it becomes available.
