E3 2018: Square Enix Press Conference Liveblog Recap
If you can't watch it, read all about it.
E3 2018 is here, which means a ton of press conferences are on tap. 2018 brings a new publisher into the mix; rather than its announcements and trailers being confined to other companies' events, Square Enix will host its very own briefing to highlight its upcoming releases. Among those are franchise heavy hitters like Kingdom Hearts 3 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. [Update: The event is over, but you can relive the event with the liveblog below. We've also got a recap video above and a roundup of all the Square Enix news.]
We're hosting the livestream of the event here on GameSpot, but if you can't watch it for yourself, you can follow this liveblog instead. We'll make sure you're kept up-to-the-minute on all the big reveals and announcements, along with anything else Square Enix talks about. Fans are sure to have their fingers crossed for Final Fantasy 7 Remake or news on the Avengers project that is in the works. Square Enix has been fairly quiet in terms of setting expectations, and with it being a newcomer to press conferences, this could turn out to be a major surprise (for better or worse).
Square Enix's presentation starts today, June 11 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST. Come right back here at that time to follow along with our liveblog to get all the latest news from Square Enix. Once the show is finished, we'll also be rounding up all the news stories in one place for your reading convenience. Check out the full conference schedule to plan out when to check in for our other livestreams and liveblogs.
While we patiently wait, check out all we know about some of Square's biggest games.
