Microsoft announced a nice new Xbox Game Pass feature today in the form of "Fast Start." As its name suggests, this will make Game Pass titles load faster; twice as fast in some cases, Microsoft says. This was announced during the Xbox E3 2018 briefing today in Los Angeles.

Microsoft said it's made possible through machine learning, though no other details are available. The feature will be made available later in June through an Xbox One update. However, it remains to be seen if this update will roll out in June for everyone or just testers. Historically, Microsoft launches updates first for testers before rolling them out to everyone at a later date.

In other Game Pass news, Microsoft announced more Game pass titles are launching today, including The Division, the Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, and Fallout 4. Looking ahead, Halo: The Master Chief Collection is coming later this year. Additionally, Microsoft confirmed that Forza Horizon 4 and Crackdown 3 will be available to subscribers on release day, as will third-party games like Ashen, Warhammer Vermintide 2: Afterparty, and Phoenix Point.
