EA again in running for Consumerist's Worst Company In America title

The fact EA is even in the running (and won last year) is a scathing indictment of the American education system.

I hope they can pull it off. I would like to see them make a run at the elusive three peat next year.

I dunno- Apple's put up some stiff competition this year.

Great new's. I wonder when they will go bankrupt... I always pirate they're games so i never wasted any money on their games + DLC's... Wish Bioware would become independent again...

This is what you get for releasing constant buggy piles of crap, DESTROYING some of the best video game IPs ever, DESTROYING your own sequels, constantly spouting crap about how you were being fair and looking after your customers, and attempting to force DRM, pay-to-win, and excessive DLC down out throats. You tried to cater to the masses to earn more money, sacrificing art, integrity, and game quality in the process, and in the end all you did was kill yourselves.

The people have spoken. More than once. Here in the games industry, we don't take kindly to your type.

I remember Madden '91 football for the Sega Genesis. Of course it wasn't called '91' because it was their first one BUT I LOVED Electronic Arts. They were my favorite studio. Their games were awesome in my opinion. 22+ years later and everything is upside down from my perspective. I haven't been more angry and frustrated with ANY company in the consumer marketplace. Not going to 'preach to the choir' here but yeah....what a nose dive.

I'll vote for them but I don't think it will change their attitude as long as we consumers show our anger by not buying their products. SimCity is a good example. Even though it was a broken game at the beginning, it still managed to sell over a 1 million copies. I think we players are the source of the problem.
