The event, which is called EA Play, will include a press conference, gameplay demos for media, and the opportunity for the public to come and play its latest titles. Take a look below for the full schedule.

You know how MS just opened up cross play, what if Titanfall 2 was the first major game to do it? That'd help the game so much!

The first one was great, the community just died way too fast to keep it going.

@leimonides:

BST is an hour different to GMT and runs March to October for daylight saving as you said.

E3 organisers must live EA for their timing here.

@leimonides:

Yes, I believe that it goes back to WWII, for more productivity.

Also guess it's so people remember around March and October.

You're welcome

@leimonides: EA didn't want to pay the fee to actually be a part of E3. This show only crosses paths with E3 for one day, so that is when it is open to them. They didn't want to open the flood gates to E3 people because then they couldn't get their own target audience in the doors. (Remember EA was inviting their own guests last year) EA rather get more of a mix of gamers and press in there to spread word better than purely press. Since E3 is supposed to only be press, it makes sense to only give them one day. (Plus EA is doing private meetings with press in the E3 building too)

I don't know if it is because LA is pushing E3 aside or what, but the ESA is charging way too much to be a part of it and a lot of companies are leaving.
