EA Servers Go Down Before Christmas [UPDATE]
EA games and services are back up and running after short downtime.

EA has warned gamers that its servers are "experiencing an outage," with games, services, and support all affected. A list of affected games/services was not provided, however.

GameSpot was able to log into a Star Wars Battlefront match on Xbox One just minutes ago with no issue. As is often the case with these kinds of server issues, your mileage may vary.

Gamers will no doubt recall the widespread outages on Christmas Day 2014, when both PlayStation Network and Xbox Live were taken down by DDoS attacks. We'll be monitoring all online networks tomorrow and will give you updates if things go south.
