EA ships F1 2001, sponsors Formula 1 racing team
The game publisher will back British American Racing in the US Grand Prix this weekend to kick off the launch of its latest racing game.
Electronic Arts has announced a partnership with Formula 1 team British American Racing. The game publisher is sponsoring the team in the US Grand Prix, which will take place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway this weekend. The sponsorship is in conjunction with the publisher's latest Formula 1 game, F1 2001, which will be available in stores on October 2.
F1 2001 features all 22 Formula 1 drivers and 11 teams and 17 tracks from the 2001 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
