Europeans get Xbox Best of Classics budget line

Starting today, European gamers can pick up best-selling Xbox games like Halo 2 and Fable for a budget price as a part of Microsoft's newest Best of Classics line. Each game in the new line will run European gamers an estimated price of £9.99 (about $18.50), Microsoft announced today. The full Best of Classics line consists of Halo 2, Project Gotham Racing 2, Counter-Strike, Fable: The Lost Chapters, The Simpsons: Hit & Run, and a trio of Crash Bandicoot titles: The Wrath of Cortex, Crash Twinsanity, and Crash Nitro Kart. Microsoft's original Classics line required games to have been on sale for a minimum of nine months, but the publisher did not say what criteria a game needed to meet to be part of the Best Of Classics.
