Even More Nintendo Switch eShop Deals Are Up For Grabs Right Now

The Nintendo Switch eShop has kicked off two more sales, with deals on Mega Man and Ubisoft games like Rayman Legends and Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle.

Nintendo has unleashed lots of discounts on its digital eShop store in the last couple of weeks. Last week, two sales went live--the Indie World Sale and Share the Fun Sale--and now a pair of new sales join them. The Ubisoft Summer Blow Out Sale offers deals on Rayman Legends, Assassin's Creed: The Rebel Collection, and more. There's also a Mega Man Franchise Sale that discounts every Legacy Collection as well as Mega Man 11.

Ubisoft's sale runs through September 7, so you have about two weeks to browse the deals. While there aren't a ton of deals up for grabs here, there are a handful of good ones. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle's Gold edition, which comes with the Donkey Kong Adventure expansion and other season pass content, is down to $20. Though this zany XCOM-esque tactics game is regularly on sale, this is the best price we've seen for the base game and DLC together.

Physics-based racing game Trials Rising is $6, charming RPG Child of Light Ultimate edition is $5, and the compelling adventure game Valiant Hearts: The Great War is $5 as well.

First party is still way way overpriced, but some decent third party games, including Mario + Rabbits, at least Ubisoft doesn't milk consumers

@subsided94: Their first party games are still outselling most games in 2020, and their first party games are from 2018 and 2017. They are priced that way because demand is still extremely high.

@zimerust: and that's because of a lack of options by making it hard to port to so years later the best ones are still Nintendo's games

I couldnt believe a first party game went on sale, scooped up Luigis Mansion immediately. I would advise anyone who played Stick of Truth to avoid The Fractured But Whole. Truly an awful experience compared to the first. Lots of quality changes that make no sense, like not being able to make the character run.. The combat is better for sure, but the game is messy af, even on sale its not worth it.
