Far Cry 3 director's next game Child of Light coming in April

Looks gorgeous but I can't get really get into a turn-based combat system. I tried to like Ni No Kuni but it just wasn't happening.

Why cant they make a physical copy? JRPG players , which this is based on (FF), tend to be collector's, Id have no problem paying 30 or 40 for this, especially when we get a physical copy of MG Zero for the same price.

Will it involve a huge, great looking world with hundreds of rinse and repeat bore fest collectables that unlock nothing?

I'm definitely interested in the game, and love the art style, but I'm wondering if the Steam version will require uPlay as well? I might just get it on console instead.

I hadn't been following this game that closely because every time I saw pics online I kept thinking they hadn't moved on from concept art phase yet. It was only a few weeks ago that I realized they were screenshots of the game! lol sad

oh god yes! I've been waiting for this game ever since it was announced! I know it wouldn't have sold as well but I was hoping it was a 60$ game. Now I'm worried there will be less content.

Looks pretty, sounds great...let's see how it plays and for how long, but It looks promising. And april doesn't have interesting releases for ps4 (FF XIV only, IIRC)

I have CoL on my Steam Wish List, but I have say I think it'll look fantastic on the Wii U. This game is right up their alley.
