Fatherdale coming in April
Snowball announces a release date for its upcoming role-playing game.
Russia-based game developer Snowball Interactive has announced that Fatherdale: Guardians of Asgard, its upcoming role-playing game, will be completed in April 2002. The English beta test for the game will begin in December, and a public demo for the game will be released in March.
Fatherdale is set in northern Europe during medieval times. Players assume the role of a warlord in the valley of Fatherdale, and they will lead a group of characters on an epic quest. The game includes more than 150 unique characters, seven episodes, and 60 different environments. The game also features a combat system based on actual fencing.
