FFXIII bundles coming to the UK
Elite and super-elite bundles launching on March 9 with exclusive avatar items; limited-edition faceplate available on preorders.
Yesterday, Microsoft confirmed that the rumoured Final Fantasy XIII Xbox 360 bundle would be launching alongside the game on March 9 in the US. Now, Square Enix has announced that it will be releasing not one, but two special-edition bundles in the UK.
The first bundle is identical to the US version, containing a white console with a 250GB hard drive, two wireless controllers, and a standard copy of the game. In addition, the bundle will contain exclusive DLC items: one Rosch outfit, one Nabaat outfit, and a Chocobo pet for avatars. Gamers who preorder the system will also receive a limited-edition faceplate created by character designer Tetsuya Nomura.
The second bundle will contain a black Xbox 360 with a 120GB hard drive, one wireless controller, and a copy of the game. The UK will also be treated to more-ornate box art than the US version. Both systems will be released alongside the game on March 9, but pricing has not yet been announced.
