Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles E3 2003 Preshow Report
Nintendo reveals that its upcoming RPG from Square Enix will support up to four players simultaneously.
Nintendo has today released new gameplay information on Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for the GameCube. As Nintendo continues to actively push the connectivity features of its GameCube and GBA consoles, it announced today that the upcoming role-playing game, which is currently in development at Square Enix, will support up to four players simultaneously. Of course, each player will need a Game Boy Advance as opposed to a standard GameCube controller, and to ensure that you all cooperate with each other, the game will feature numerous puzzles requiring each of you to use information available only to you via the GBA screen.
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles is currently scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of this year. For more information, check out our previous coverage of the game.
