First Gameplay Trailer for New Sherlock Holmes Game Released
PS4, Xbox One, PC game is coming on June 10.
The first trailer has been released for the next Sherlock Holmes game, The Devil's Daughter, while the title's release date has also been announced. The Devil's Daughter will come out on June 10 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, while the trailer shows off the game's nice visuals and action sequences.
"Beset by doubt and fear, he must act quickly to escape his darkest demons," reads a line from the game's official description. "Will his nerve be up to the task?"
As with any Sherlock Holmes game, you can expect to do some detective work, this time involving a young woman named Katelyn who has gone missing.
"What led young Katelyn to 221B Baker Street? Could she have discovered the dark truth about her family? And who is the charming clairvoyant who has moved in to 221C?" reads another line from the game's description. "Is there room for séances and occult rituals in the bastion of logic and rationalism?"
In The Devil's Daughter, Sherlock and Watson are not only trying to reveal a secret, but also keep one.
The Devil's Daughter is developed by Frogwares, the team that also made Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments and The Testament of Sherlock Holmes. Some new screenshots have also been released; you can see them in the gallery below.
