First Look at Resident Evil: Nemesis

With E3 but a week away, Capcom has released the first screens of the latest installment in the Resident Evil series, Resident Evil: Nemesis. This survival-horror game takes place 24 hours before Resident Evil 2 and puts gamers in control of Jill Valentine, one of the original game's heroines. Halfway through Resident Evil: Nemesis, Jill is rendered unconscious, and then the second half of the game will take place when she awakens - 24 hours after Resident Evil 2 took place.

Surely benefiting from the experience of developing its past two PlayStation Resident Evil games, Capcom is ensuring gamers that this version will look significantly better than those previous efforts. Judging from these first screenshots, we would have to agree.
