Universal Interactive Studios has released the first information on and screenshots from the upcoming Crash Bandicoot game for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. The game is being developed by Vicarious Visions, the company responsible for the stellar translation of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 for the GBA. The game's six environments and 20 levels will be set in both familiar and new locations. Modes of play include story, time trial, and minigames such as gem collecting. The tentatively titled Crash Bandicoot Advance will be released in spring 2002. GameSpot will have more on the game as further information becomes available.
