First look: Neverwinter Nights expansion

Infogrames has released the first screenshots from Neverwinter Nights: Shadows of Undrentide. The images show a fight against a group of stingers and antlike formians that takes place on the new desert tileset.

The expansion is being codeveloped by BioWare and FloodGate Entertainment, a new studio founded by a number of ex-Looking Glass designers. As the first of two planned expansions for Neverwinter Nights, Shadows of Undrentide is a new adventure designed for low- to mid-level characters, and it will require players to create a new character.
