First look: Rune GameCube

From Software has released the first information on its upcoming GameCube RPG, the tentatively titled Rune. This RPG is based on card collection, as players must collect a variety of cards to increase their experience and even change their character class. During the game's battle sequences, which are played out in real time, the appropriate cards must be selected in order to dispose of the enemy. Additionally, the game will feature multiplayer gameplay modes, the specifics of which were not announced at this time. Rune will be shown at this month's Space World event in Japan, and it will be released this fall in that territory.
