First Screens of WWF Wrestlemania 2000
We take a first look at THQ's first WWF wrestling game for the Nintendo 64.
Today we were given the clearance to deliver to you the first ever screens of WWF Wrestlemania 2000 on the Nintendo 64. This is the first WWF title from publisher THQ.
WWF Wrestlemania 2000 is being developed by Asmik/AKI, and will make use of an enhanced version of the WCW Revenge engine. Fans of that game will immediately notice such similarities as the spirit meter. Other features to look forward to are a Pay Per View mode, a wrestler creation mode – the game will also come bundled with new wrestler entrance intros as well.
WWF Wrestlemania 2000 is slated for a release late this year, likely falling in the month of November or December. PlayStation and Dreamcast versions are expected to follow.
