First Xbox One consoles leaving factory
Initial wave of systems on the way out of manufacturing facility and being readied for release at retailers across the world on November 22.
Microsoft today released images of the first wave of Xbox One consoles leaving the factory and heading to retailers ahead of the system's November 22 global launch date.
Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb provided the images of the first case and pallet of systems leaving a factory in an undisclosed location.
The boxes are specially marked "Do not sell or display before November 22, 2013."
Microsoft announced today that the Xbox One has entered full production and committed to a November 22 launch date across the world. In addition, a limited number of Xbox One Day One Edition consoles are now back in a stock.
The Xbox One's November 22 launch date is exactly eight years after the Xbox 360 debuted on November 22, 2005. The system will be available at launch for $500, which is a "very good deal," according to Microsoft.
