Fortnite Encrypted Cipher Quests - All Locations, Stages, And Answers

Fortnite Cipher Quests are here for just a few more days, and the encrypted Cipher Quests are trickier than your typical Fortnite challenge. Thankfully we've put every Cipher Quest location and answer all in one place for you here, so you can unlock all the XP and cosmetic rewards before the quests disappear in a few days.

As Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 comes to a close, and ushers in Chapter 4 Season 2, players will want to solve these encrypted Cipher Quests to reveal some teases about next season. But the quests' strange string of numbers and unclear directions are tripping up players. Here's how to complete all Fortnite encrypted Cipher Quests in the order in which they appear in-game.

Cipher Quest - 1.17.23.9.14. 19.19.24.1.21.6

Stage 1 of the encrypted Cipher Quest tells you to "inspect the wall beneath the eastern building" of, well, somewhere--but the exact location is encrypted. That somewhere is actually Anvil Square, which is located basically in the dead center of the map.

Go to Anvil Square and head to the garage on the eastern side. Look for a locker that's blocking a doorway, smash through the locker, and head downstairs. On the table across from the stairs will be an interactable item. Once you interact with it, you'll be onto Stage 2. You can follow along with a map image and more pics below.

The second encrypted quest actually provides even fewer clues, but thankfully we've figured it out so you can save some time. Head to Faulty Splits and to the bowling alley--you really can't miss it as it's the area's biggest building. Use a spray emote on or inside of the building. Any spray will do, and once you've done it, you'll have completed Stage 2.

Cipher Quest - 12.18.15.5.14.25. 14.4.2.22

The third quest in the series asks you to visit somewhere rather chilly--the very remote Lonely Labs. Seeing as how far out it is from many other POIs, it's probably best you land there at the beginning of the match if possible. Once you've arrived, head down the stairs behind the orange shipping container in the middle of the area to find some computers to interact with to complete the quest.

Cipher Quest - 19.11.2.20.22.5.20.8.4. 22.13.1.4.19

The fourth Cipher quest requires you to make a little trip to Shattered Slabs. When you arrive, check out the northwestern side of the area on the cliffside for a small alcove with two slurp barrels. Melee the shiny dirt slab here to wrap up this part of the quest.
