Forza Series Reaches 7 Million Players on Xbox One

Well deserved. Can't wait to play Forza 6.

Now this game is the reason I will finally upgrade to new systems this holiday.(and new wheel)

I must say I am really enjoying Forza 6. I pre-ordered the game for my nephew who is 8 on Amazon as I am a prime member and would save him some money vs purchasing it in the store. I had bought Forza 5 with my xbox one at launch and when he moved out here a while ago from Wyoming I hooked it up downstairs and watched him play. He loved it so much I bought him and Xbox One and the GOTY edition of Forza 5. Of course he wanted all of the DLC and he got it. One cool thing was because my gamertag was connected to his I got the DLC as well. So when he saw the ultimate edition on Xbox one and wanted it but it was too much. I decided to fork over the money and buy it for myself. I find Forza 6 much more accessible to me in my opinion. I can actually get gold much easier and I do love the spins. So far I am Level 12 and loving every minute of it. Something I wasn't doing in Forza 5. My only gripe is you cannot sell any cars you own. I wasn't going to originally purchase this for myself as I wasn't very good at 5 and found myself barely playing it but this one shocked me and I can definitely see myself playing this game for a long time.

That's such marketing BS. Does that mean since I played both games and both demos that I was counted as four people?

So I just picked up Forza 6 and....WOW! It might stand to better than GT3 and Forza 4, my two favorite racing games of all time. The graphics are great, the physics model is a definite improvement, cars a and tracks are perfect, AI is great, just everything so far is spot on. The rain model is far more than a pretty feature. It adds true depth and makes you work but isn't as punishing as Asseto Corso or Project Cars. My only gripe so far is that it doesn't have my CTS-V in it.

I play both games, does that make me 2 people..... If so, anything bad I might do - it was the other me.

So Forza 5 sold 2 million, and Forza Horizon 2 sold 1 million? So over 4 million people have played these two games without buying either one huh?

Yeah... I'm going to have to call BS on that, unless you have some sort of proof. I'd tend to think that between both of those titles, around 5+ million sold, along with a couple of million played without buying.

Forza is a pretty solid game series, and for it to have that much number is not surprising, but still impressive nonetheless. Congrats to MS and Turn 10 for that success.
