Ubisoft's strategy game From Dust will soon be available at a new destination. The publisher has announced that beginning sometime in April, gamers will be able to purchase and play From Dust inside the Google Chrome browser.

From Dust is blowing the horn of Chrome.

A price was not mentioned for the browser version of From Dust, but the game sells for $15 on other platforms. A trailer for the new version of the game is embedded below.

In 2010, Google opened up an online game store, and in the time that has followed, Supergiant Games' Bastion and Square Enix's Mini Ninjas have arrived on the marketplace.

From Dust shipped in July 2011 on Xbox Live and later spread to the PC and PlayStation 3. The game casts players as a supernatural force looking out for indigenous tribes in a seeming paradise beset by natural disasters. By transporting land, water, vegetation, and lava around tropical environs, players can open up new pathways for villagers and protect them from earthquakes and other calamities.

This is actually a pretty fun game if your interest expand beyond the FPS, RPG genre. Some good challenges to test your god like powers and if your good enough to reach the end then you are given full power to create massive volcanos, Tide shifts or massive tidal waves just make sure it doesn't kill your people in the process or game over. This has me stoked. I knew Google had the Android App store, but never knew they had just a regular game store. I may check this out. When I'm not broke as Hell.

Still waiting for this to go on sale on Xbox Live. I'd pay $10, but not $15.
