Front Mission 4 and Star Ocean to ship this summer

Square Enix has announced two additional titles for its 2004 game lineup: Front Mission 4 and Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. Front Mission 4 will ship in June and will be the first game of the long-running mech strategy series to appear on the PlayStation 2. The previous game in the series was released four years ago on the original PlayStation. Front Mission 4 will feature fully customizable mech units, or "wanzers" as they're called in the game, and will allow gamers to follow the story of two protagonists, Darril and Elsa. Like Front Mission, the Star Ocean series will also make its PlayStation 2 debut this summer, with the release of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time in August. This newest iteration of the popular role-playing games transitions the series to full 3D for the first time. The US version of the game will have all the extras of the director's-cut version in Japan, including extended cutscenes, a versus mode, and added party members.
