GameSpot spotted on XBL

Microsoft sent a few lucky members of its online gaming service to a swanky bar in San Francisco last Tuesday for the Xbox Live Gold Experience Event, a night of mingling, cocktails, and gaming news. The big announcement of the evening was Xbox Live Arcade Wednesdays, a new promotion that will regularly dispense Arcade content during the middle of each week.

Today, Microsoft is giving the rest of the Xbox Live community a chance to go to the event...virtually. Now available for download from Xbox Live Marketplace is GameSpot presents the Xbox Live Gold Experience Trailer.

The GameSpot-produced video features a chat with Xbox Live general manager Greg Canessa, who gives viewers the ins and outs of Xbox Live Wednesdays, and shows game footage from upcoming Xbox Live Arcade titles.
