Get Free Halo 5 DLC for Watching World Championship Finals

The Halo World Championship finals take place later today, and everyone who tunes in on Twitch or through Xbox One will receive a free Halo 5: Guardians Req pack, Microsoft has announced.

Included in the Halo World Championship Req pack are three Ultra Rare items: two pieces of "Challenger" gear and a Halo World Championship player emblem. You can see this content in the picture below.

Microsoft did not provide redemption instructions, but we'll report back when we know more.

The Halo World Championship finals take place tonight at 4 PM PST / 7 PM EST. Professional teams CLG and Team Allegiance will duke it out--the winning side gets $1 million. You can watch the action live on Twitch.

To celebrate the Halo World Championship finals, Microsoft is also offering Halo 5 for just $30, while another new Req bundle is available. Both offers end tonight.
