2007's The Orange Box, which includes five games, is remembered for being one of the greatest gaming bundles ever, and today you can get it for only 99 cents on Steam.

The bundle includes Valve's beloved games Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode 1, Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2, and Portal. Sure, these games are not new, but they are timeless classics, and for 99 cents, why not add them to your Steam library if you don't have them already? You could also gift The Orange Box to a friend to earn some good karma.

The Orange Box normally sells for $20, so this is a very good deal at 95% off. The deal expires on March 21, so be sure to act quickly before the offer runs out.

The games within the bundle are also on sale individually, so if you're just looking for one or a couple of the games, you can grab them for as little as 79 cents. Team Fortress 2 has been a free-to-play title since 2011.

The Orange Box was also available on PS3 and Xbox 360 back in the day, but it's no longer available to buy digitally on those platforms.

Valve returned to the Half-Life universe with 2020's Half-Life: Alyx, which was GameSpot's Game of the Year. The fabled Half-Life 3, however, has never materialized.

The Portal series got a sequel in 2011, and its writer would like to make Portal 3 next. As for Team Fortress 2, the multiplayer game has grown and evolved over the years, and it continues to be one of Steam's most-played games to this day,

Half Life 2 is so great I bought it more than once, and played it more than a dozen of times. If you avoid these FPS because "they don't have ADS mechanic" cinematic mods (free of course) fixes that for you.

By default you are also getting the VR versions, which are better than commercial VR games. (ignoring the vomit inducing vehicle sections)

Good thing I have a physical copy. Digital-only sucks because games can be removed from sale for any reason and without any warning whatsoever. I'm not even sure why this isn't available on consoles digitally any more.

@gamerboy100: And without any compensation for the thing you paid for. Digital truly does suck.
