Get The Witcher 3 Free On PC With Exclusive Goodies If You Already Own The Game

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt just celebrated its fifth anniversary, and to mark the occasion, developer CD Projekt Red's GOG.com is offering a nice perk for current owners of the game on any PC or console platform. From today until June 23, if you connect the platform where you own The Witcher 3 to GOG's Galaxy 2.0 platform, you'll receive a free GOG.com PC copy along with some exclusive digital bonuses. This offer is compatible with the PS4, Xbox One, Steam, Origin, and Epic Games Store versions of the game. Unfortunately, Nintendo Switch owners aren't eligible for the offer (as GOG Galaxy 2.0 doesn't have Switch integration).

GOG's copy of The Witcher 3 comes with The Witcher: House of Glass digital comic book and an extended game soundtrack that includes four bonus tracks. You'll also receive The Witcher official paper toys in the form of six PDF templates that can be crafted into paper figurines of Geralt, Yennefer, Ciri, and more. And of course, your copy of The Witcher 3 will be DRM-free, meaning you can download it directly to your PC and start playing.

The GOG copy of The Witcher 3 will correspond to whatever version of the game you already own. So if you own the base game, you'll receive the standard edition on GOG as well. If you have the Game of the Year edition, you'll likewise receive the GOTY edition with all DLC on GOG. Unfortunately, if you own the base game with added expansions, you'll just receive the base game on GOG. And if you own The Witcher 3 on multiple platforms, you'll still receive one GOG copy.
