This news comes just a month after Sucker Punch talked more about Ghost of Tsushima. During a May State of Play livestream, the studio shared tons of details about Ghost of Tsushima, including the lethality of swords, how foxes are pettable, the two distinct playstyles, and more. We also learned that two very key points about the game: protagonist Jin Sakai is the only playable character and his horse is invincible.

Ghost of Tsushima is scheduled to launch on July 17 for PlayStation 4. You can check out our Ghost of Tsushima pre-order guide to learn more about the bonuses and editions available before the game drops.
