Crave Entertainment sent us a new group of screenshots and images from its upcoming team-based shooter, Global Operations. The new screenshots show off some of the different environments and in-game action that will be featured in the game, including a look at an airport runway through night-vision goggles. The renderings show off several of the game's actual character models equipped with different uniforms, equipment, and weapons.

Global Operations will combine team-based action--found in games like Counter-Strike--with the latest 3D graphics technology. The game's missions take place in 16 different real-world locations, including Peru, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Ireland, and the South China Seas. It will feature more than 30 types of realistic weapons and a variety of equipment, such as body armor, night-vision goggles, binoculars, and medical kits.

Global Operations is in development at Barking Dog Studios and is scheduled for release in early 2002. For more information, take a look at our in-depth preview of the game.
