GOD announces 4x4 EVO 2
Terminal Reality and Gathering of Developers announce the sequel to the arcade-style off-road racing game.
Gathering of Developers and Terminal Reality have announced 4x4 EVO 2, their upcoming sequel to last year's arcade-style off-road racing game 4x4 Evolution. The sequel will feature the same realistic physics engine and graphics as the original game, and it will include new licensed vehicles, additional single-player missions, and more off-road tracks.
The original 4x4 Evolution game was released on the PC last October, and it supports cross-platform multiplayer races between players using the PC, Macintosh, and Sega Dreamcast platforms. The game puts players in the driver's seat of a wide variety of real-world SUVs and light trucks, and it features arcade-style off-road racing in a number of different environments. 4x4 EVO 2 is scheduled for release in November 2001.
