Goldeneye 007 Cheats Guide For Xbox And Switch

Cheats... 007 cheats.

If you grew up playing Goldeneye 007 on your Nintendo 64, you probably messed around with some cheat codes for a bit of extra fun. Those were simple times--back when cheat codes could be entered easily on a cheat menu and then enjoyed without much hassle at all. With the game's re-release on Switch and Xbox, however, things aren't quite so straightforward.

The Switch still technically allows for some codes to be entered this old-school way, though it takes a lot of finagling to translate the appropriate buttons from the N64--unless you have one of these. But the Xbox doesn't provide any ability to enter codes this way, and both versions of this re-release are designed to have the cheats unlocked by completing levels under specific conditions. So if you want to get them all unlocked, we've got the necessary conditions listed below.

All Goldeneye 007 cheats

  • 007 mode - Complete all missions on 00 Agent difficulty
  • All characters (multiplayer) - Complete the story on Agent difficulty or higher
  • All guns - Complete Egyptian on 00 Agent difficulty in under 6:00 mins

@rodoxthedark: Change the controls to modern dual analog controls. It makes a pretty big difference.

The emulator for Xbox non approved, makes the game look bonkers.

Plus it's the original not switch or Xbox version.
