GRAW 2 finds gold on PS3, PSP

@wando77 Ummm... those games you listed as "killer" apps for the 360... Bioshock will also be on the PC, in fact it will be better on the PC, Halo3 will also be on PC, and I'm not too sure you want the killer game following Gears to be Mass Effect. Also, NONE of those games are out yet, the closest one is Bioshock, which if you remember from 3 seconds ago... will be better on PC.

@ Prtofdacrowd: Go to gametrailers.com. They have videos where it features some heavy use of Sixaxis. Unbelievable the 360 people.

No difference they say, then definately get the 360, one of the top LIVE games which means more players straight away and its CHEAP NOW!

PS3 has lost it, or should I say Sony has lost it. I used to own a PS3 *cough* until it broke after a week I bought it....I still see no reason to buy it again(and yes I have all the other consoles)

Hey muzzer77, The thing is that most normal minded people would want to pay £230 for a machine(price of 20gb 360 on play.com) rather than £425 to play essentially the same games. Add on top of that the fact that you can now pick up graw2 and dirt for under £20 on ebay (along with pretty much all of the other cross platform games worth buying). You have named ONE game that(in your opinion) runs smoother.....what about that MANY 360 games that are sharper/smoother. And don't comeback with all that 'PS3 is more powerful/360 is maxed out' rubbish cause Cliify B of epic games himself said that they can 'SQUEEZE PLENTY MORE OUT OF THE 360 THAN GEARS'. You like all the others are trying desperatley to justify your waste of money on the PS3. AND jakndaxter7223 one game that isn't geoW that is killer...HMMmmmm How about bioshock, mass effect, halo 3.......Yeah i see your point.

Why aren't ppl happy that it's getting out on more consoles? More consoles = more money = hopefully better games later. Fanboyism = less money = crap games = EA Sports.

I can not believe you lot. I own both 360 and PS3 and i am sad to see so many fanboys especially MS ones just coming on to slag the PS3 version off. Most people who own a PS3 don't own a 360 and don't care about your opinion as they will be getting the game on its own merits and not the 360's.

already played the best version on the 360..the pc version likely different to the 360 like the first game and the ps3 version is a let down..but its good that everyone who has those machines will be able to play a great game..

The demo was great, I preorder mine at EB gamers already, so come Tuesday I will walk in an walk out with the game, its a great game with stunning graphics can't wait for it. Peace

Well finally... Not like I care, though. I played on my 360 like 5 months ago. I think Michael Pachter FOR ONCE has a pretty good point on the whole GTAIV delay ordeal, because Sony in-fact made it very difficult for 3rd party devs to develop for their system and I don't see how Sony fanboys can seriously call this the 'best console,' but don't get me wrong, the PS3 is a pretty spiffy console. I don't agree with this game's price point, because you're playing the same game that came out in March.

The demo felt the same as the XBOX 360's demo but the PlayStation Portable version looks amazing.

yo okassar, hate to rain on your sucky comment but PS2 wasn't rushed and it wasn't the first console out during that generation, dreamcast came out first and ps2 was trailing them for a good year until 2001 when GTA3, MGS2, FFX & GT3 came out and it was over. same will happen to your beloved 360 :D have a nice day!

I hope that the PS3 version of this games doesn't suffer from performance issues like PS3 versions of other multiplatform games...I hope the PSP version turns out decent as well. I am actually interested to see how it will fare.

For you Sony fans saying that Microsoft rushed the 360,look at when the PS2 got released,Microsoft just didn't want Sony to get lucky like that again.Early release=better sales+developers rush to make games for the newest system at the given time,that usually turns out good and their loyalty sticks to that system,which happened on PS2(plus the rushed,underdeveloped Japanese games that came in the 100's only to give PS2 reputation of having alot of(bad...) games,making people,for some reason compelled to buy it.The 360,likewise,came in early,but did it have barely any rushed,underdeveloped games?Nopes.A hell-load of games came out,and,especially this fall,are to come(and I mean alot).So far,most of the games are amazing and the games that are coming will definitely make the Xbox 360 champion of all systems,as it is now tied with the Wii's "innovation and casual gameplay",which will soon change.Now the Wii's a different story,in its case,Nintendo totally racked in everyone in the casual gaming audience,or basically made one...so mothers,little children,and...I don't want to insult anyone.

I love how people continue to declare the console race as over, when it isn't even two years old, and the leading console hasn't even even shipped 12 million units, yet. Incredible.

Did you know that MS did no different than Sega with their Dreamcast? It came out a year ahead of the PS2 and had a better launch lineup. The PS2 had a crappy lineup and the games looked worsed than the Dreamcast. The only difference here, is that MS has managed to get in at least one killer ap in it's 1st year and 2 this year that may keep it alive and ...maybe, just maybe on top. But other than that, Sony is in the same spot as it was with the PS2 and the Dreamcast.

@SolidSnake35 whats worse rushing a console that fails 1/3 of the time or rushing a console with no games and a devkit thats hard to develop with. I have to say the 360 is better for games right now. Actually everyone would have to say that.

@Quicksilverpr If you know the hardware and how it used which you dont the ps3 is harder to develop for. the 360 has 3 general purpose processors the ps3 has 1 general purpose processor with several other processors. And your trying to say/prove that something with 9 processor all meant to render on there own is easier to develop than something that you can design using 3 multi purpose processors. In time it will be easier to develop programs that use multiple processors like the cell but its complex and costly at the time. Remember they ubi is french they tend to start thing that they cant finish.

Comes out on my b day but i wont be getting it im not that much into shooters except resistance of course the demo was ok though. Why couldnt the 2 games im gettin 4 my b day comeout instead Warhawk and Lair. Interesting factoid this will only be the 48th Ps3 game on Bluray to hit Retail in the states.

RE: dude, pretty much EVERYONE knows the reason for that, and it had NOTHING to do with the PS3 itself. Oblivion and (now) GRAW 2 are two examples of when you make for BOTH systems simultaneously (instead of porting from the 360) the PS3 version comes out MARGINALLY better (and please, note the word MARGINALLY, before you start flaming). besides, this shouldn't even matter to 360 fans, as the game's been available on that console for months now. if you're gonna invest the effort in slamming the PS3's version of Madden, at least invest the time to figure out WHY the PS3's version is the way it is. Hmm....name one game that's on both the PS3 and the Xbox 360 and the PS3 has a higher rating. They're either tied, or the 360 is higher. I wonder what the better system is???? Hmmm....wait.....PS3....no...no.....wait....i think there might be one PS3 game with a higher rating.....hmm...not sure though...

To those that asked: This game is identical to the 360 version, however it does have several new maps and weapons, along with optional Sixaxis features. The online modes are the same.
