Ground Control II multiplayer demo available
VU Games releases the second sample of Massive's upcoming sci-fi RTS sequel.
Two weeks after it released the singe-player demo for Massive Entertainment's Ground Control II: Operation Exodus, VU Games releases the multiplayer demo for its sci-fi PC RTS. Available on GameSpot DLX, the demo sports two tutorial missions, three online multiplayer maps, and the single-player map from the already released SP demo. Gamers can play as the NSA (Northern Star Alliance) or the Viron Nomads to employ each of the faction's unique tactics. The demo also features an introduction to Massgate, Massive's new gaming lobby that allows gamers to host games, join current games, and chat with other Ground Control II players. The T-rated sequel is due in stores June 22 at a price point of $49.99.
