GTech and NTN Scrub Mission

Just days after NTN Communications announced a US$2 million loss for the second quarter, GTech, a leading supplier of computerized lottery products, and NTN announced that they have mutually agreed to terminate their previously announced letter of intent for GTech's subsidiary, Gamescape, Inc., to acquire NTN.

According to an announcement released by GTech today, the parties were unable to conclude a definitive agreement and determined to pursue their business separately.
