The domino effect also shifts FIFA 16 down one place to No.3, ahead of new entry WWE 2K16 at No.4. Minecraft: Story Mode spends its first week on the chart at No.5, while mainstay Grand Theft Auto 5 drops one place to No.6.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection slips three positions down to No.7, while Ubisoft's Watch Dogs re-enters the top ten--likely due to being included in a console bundle--moving from No.12 to take position at No.8. Finishing up the top ten are Lego Dimensions at No.9 and Lego Jurassic World at No.10.

Here's the full top ten for the week ending 31 October:

  1. Halo 5: Guardians
  2. Assassin's Creed Syndicate
  3. FIFA 16
  4. WWE 2K16
  5. Minecraft: Story Mode
  6. Grand Theft Auto V
  7. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection
  8. Watch Dogs
  9. Lego Dimensions
  10. Lego Jurassic World
