As with other new backwards compatible titles, those that own it digitally will be able to download the game from the Xbox One's Ready to Install section.
If you have a copy of the Halo-themed real-time strategy game on disc, the necessarily files needed to make the game work will be downloaded when it is inserted into the console.
Microsoft has continued to update the library of classic games it is supporting on Xbox One through backwards compatibility. On March 17 it confirmed Pac-Man and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night were now playable.
Additionally, ahead of the release of Remedy Entertainment's Quantum Break, support for the the studio's last game, Alan Wake, was also added.
The Xbox One backwards compatibility program now includes over 134 games. You can see a full list of all the backwards compatible games in this roundup post.
