HBO Max Already Losing Justice League And Several Other DC Movies, Temporarily
Less than a month after launch, HBO Max is preparing to lose several DC movies, including Justice League and Suicide Squad.
Among those disappearing from HBO Max in July are Justice League, Wonder Woman, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Suicide Squad. The titles are all expected to return at some point, though a date has not been announced. The removal of these titles is bit strange, considering the recent confirmation of the Snyder Cut, which is set to debut on HBO Max in 2021.
You can see the full list of DC movie titles being removed below:
- Batman
- Batman Returns
- Batman Forever
- Batman & Robin
- Catwoman
- Jonah Hex
- The Losers
- Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
- Wonder Woman
- Suicide Squad
- Justice League
While that's a big chunk of the DC content currently available on the streaming service, multiple titles will remain available. You can still watch Joker, Shazam!, and Green Lantern, among other movies. And, of course, the aforementioned Zack Snyder cut of the Justice League movie, will arrive sometime next year.
